We welcome you to join us for engaging age appropriate Christian instruction.
If you sing the hymns in church, if you sing in the shower, if you can carry a tune in a bucket, please lend us your voice! Sopranos, altos, tenors and basses (and all others) are needed and welcome to join with us at choir rehearsal on Thursdays, at 7:30 PM, in the sanctuary.
Experience the joy of being part of the choir in the weekly praise and worship of God, who blessed us with our voices.
Beginning as the LCC Ladies Guild, the women’s group has been a part of Lutheran Church of the Cross for many years. In the late 1990’s, we updated ourselves with a new name and changed many of our outdated practices. It was decided that all the women of LCC are automatically Women of the Cross and, in so deciding, women no longer sign the constitution to become members of this group.
We have always been active in the National Lutheran Women’s Missionary League (LWML) and attend their District and National Conventions each year. We also participate in many other programs they sponsor. Through our mites and projects (especially our candy making project held each Easter for 20 years), and more recently our annual Spring Tea, we are a major fundraiser for both Lutheran Church of the Cross and many international missions. We are a wonderful group of women who love to "Serve the Lord with Joy and Gladness" through our many programs, events, bible studies, and hospitality volunteers. Join us!
The Dudes of the Cross represents the loose knit, fun loving men’s group at LCC!
This group meets regularly to brainstorm on ways to help the community and the church, all the while praising the Lord! Then our discussion is put into action!
Want to have fun and get to hang with a great group of guys? Then come to LCC and join the DUDES!!
Would you enjoy the fellowship of other young couples? Then you're invited to the newest activity at Lutheran Church of the Cross.
This group gathers once a month for Bible study and fun (such as barbecues in the summer). Since children are very welcome, a supervised activity is always provided for their entertainment.
